On the Field
Outside of the facility, Zack coaches youth baseball across Northern Virginia and currently coaches with Loudoun South. He also serves on the board of Virginia Valor FC, reflecting his commitment to growing youth sports throughout the community.

Whether he’s managing The Fieldhouse or coaching on the field, Zack is passionate about helping young athletes build confidence, develop their skills, and enjoy the game.
