The show covers the current youth sports landscape, breaks down major issues facing the industry, and discusses practical frameworks that CYA can test and apply in real time to help address those issues one step at a time.
The Sideline Podcast is for anyone who cares about youth sports. CYA views youth sports as a community endeavor, so the show invites parents, players, coaches, volunteers, local sports fans, and community leaders into conversations that shape the state of the game.
The show is hosted by Mark Abbott, Zack Welch, and Scott Liskey, leaders within the Chantilly Youth Association. Mark is the Executive Director of CYA, Scott is the Director of Sponsorships, and Zack is the General Manager of The CYA Fieldhouse in Chantilly.
